55-70 days. (aka Early Purple Vienna, Di Vienna Violetto) Purple-skinned above ground bulbs with crisp white flesh. Sweet turnip-like flavor. Excellent raw or steamed. Also good for baking, stir fry, soups and pickles.  Best harvested at 2½" diameter.   Packet of 250 seeds.
