Heritage Breeds & Heirloom Seeds...
Preserving Treasures of the Past
Our names are Rod and Michelle and we would like to welcome you to our small farmstead located outside the community of Potlatch in North Idaho. We have a passion to preserve history and work with nature to produce heritage meats, heirloom produce, and handmade soaps. Come visit our farmer's market booth in Moscow and Troy this summer. Experience history through flavors you haven't tasted!
Fresh locally grown seasonal produce including Yukon Gold potatoes, Dark Red Norland potatoes, Caribe potatoes, mixed fingerling potatoes, garlic - individual heads and braids, garlic powder, raspberry jam, plum jam, fresh herbs. Find us at the Latah Farmers Market in Troy from 9 am to 1 pm each Saturday through mid October.
Our flock of heritage breed chickens lay eggs in a range of beautiful colors...white, cream, tan, speckled brown, light blue, and dark brown.
We raise them in mobile coops on pasture and feed organic non-gmo whole grains, soy-free and corn-free, supplementing with kitchen and garden scraps.
Buy our farm fresh eggs at the Latah Farmers Market each Saturday or pick up right on the Farmstead.
