Beautiful blue star-shaped flowers hang in clusters and attract bees and other beneficial insects. The edible flowers have a cucumber like flavor and can be used fresh to garnish dips, salads and summer drinks.  Try placing a few flowers in each of the sections of your ice cube tray before freezing. You will then have floral ice cubes to serve with your favorite drink at summer parties!  The leaves and stems are also edible, delicious steamed like spinach or chard.  Fairly drought tolerant once established.   Plants grow 2-3' tall and self-sow readily.  Packet of 100 seeds.
